Absolute Service Agent (ASA) Service Portal

The key to the Absolute Service Agent (ASA) is the Service Portal, accessed through the Absolute Analysis website. A designated customer administrator registers with the Absolute Analysis Service Portal. Via the Portal, the administrator can securely view the status and audit information of all of their Absolute Analysis systems, no matter where the system or administrator is physically located. The administrator can also gain remote access to the systems through the Portal.

Access to the ASA Service Portal can be established via any web browser, therefore, any machine running a browser can have remote access to the system (i.e. the machine doesn’t need to be running a Windows O/S).
