Remote Diagnostics

Absolute Analysis' Investigator agent can provide a secure Internet link to the device, under control of the user.

This allows Absolute Analysis to gain remote access to the device (via the Absolute Service Portal) to help resolve any issues. In addition, it will also allow:

• Secure FTP transfers from Device to Absolute Analysis and in the reverse direction.

• The ability to download and execute a script(s) immediately and/or based on a schedule.

There is no requirement to open any firewall ports to support access.

In addition the user can access the same capability via access through the Absolute Analysis Service portal. 

Script Automation

Absolute Analysis provides secure remote access to the user to their own devices (no matter where the user is located).

This not only allows the user to have secure remote access but also to download and automate any scripts he wishes to run, including scripts that leverage the Absolute Analysis API interface.
