This position will report to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads for sales to Fortune 1000 accounts through telemarketing and email campaigns
- Manage contact database for efficient use by executive management and sales reps
- Follow-up calling to customers to ensure satisfaction with products and service
- Cultivate positive relationships with customers, sales reps, and vendors
- Participate in product training to enhance ability to interact with customers
Requirements/Skills
- Degree in a related field and/or related experience in the sales arena
- Telemarketing experience
- Positive attitude that translates in verbal and written communications
- Organizational, priority setting and follow-up skills
- Strong computer skills
- Highly motivated
- People-oriented
- Able to manage complex accounts/deals
- Team-oriented but self-starting
- Technical knowledge related to the field/products
- Experience working with Goldmine or other database software
Compensation
